Gil concentrates in the areas of privacy, cyber, corporate, commercial and international law. As such, Gil regularly counsels to high-tech, tech-ventures, private, or public companies, on a broad range of data management, commercial and regulatory and compliance matters, inter alia, on data security, cloud agreements, trans-national data flows, complex corporate and commercial contracts, and implementation of compliance programs with respect to EU, US and Israeli data protection laws.
Gil studied Law & Business, majoring in finance (LL.B. and B.A, cum laud, 2016) at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya. Alongside his studies, Gil participated in numerous activities in which he received extensive experience. Thus, Gil served as a legal counsel for the honorable (ret.) Judge of Tel-Aviv District court, Mrs. Dalia Ganot, and served as a legal counsel for the honorable Registrar at the Execution & Bankruptcy Proceedings Office of Jerusalem District, Mrs. Korin Yitzhaki.
Before joining Or-Hof Tech & IP Law Firm, Gil accomplished his legal internship at Matri, Meiri & Co. Law Firm, and after his admission to the Israeli Bar Association (Jan, 2018), Gil worked at Shibolet & Co. Law Firm.
